The ABS Euro cylinder can replace your existing Euro cylinder increasing your home security and meeting insurance requirements, cylinders are held into your door using a single screw, so upgrading your existing cylinder will take minutes.
Follow the diagram above to measure the size required for your door, as these cylinders feature a sacrificial Anti Snap slot, this feature must be fitted/measured to the external (unsecure) side of the door. You cen either remove your existing cylinder and measure from the centre of the retaining screw hole to each face of the cylinder, or, directly on the door by measuring from the centre of the retaining screw head to flush with the face of your door handles. Cylinders should fit as flush as possible to door furniture with little to no overhang to prevent snap attacks.
